I was playing anomaly, and was getting low fps, like on the 35-50 on random, so I went to task manager and set the core affinity to core 0, 1, 2, 3 and then the game just ran better with 55 to 90 fps and I was like "what kind of sorcery is this?"

It's an FPS anomaly Stalker, if you walk into it it turns your game into a powerpoint slideshow
