After YEARS

After playing this game for YEARS I finally finally got a time capsule!

I've left so dang many of these for these other players.

Creative idea, and that screenshot/message was choice. Whoever left this, thank you!

My first time capsule was a picture of a guy getting chased by a reaper leviathan that read “Nah f this, I’m out”. It had me laughing so hard

I got a capsule with a thermal knife and a pic of the orbital platform at sunset. The caption just said "I'm out. Your turn, Captain."

Got one once with a picture of the ghost leviathan guarding the entrance to the lost river. It had a thermoblade and a stasis rifle and the message read "give this bastard my warmest regards"

I found one with a cuddlefish egg that said "take care of him I can't anymore" and I cried

I found one containing a message to someone's brother who sadly took his own life. They planned to play this game together but now it's just him. Ngl hit kinda hard

I like how the game beat us up and our first instinct when we can finally send a time capsule is to help one another, truly an amazing game.

One of the first ones I got contained a bunch of fish. After cooking up and eating a couple I got around to reading the note, which gave the fishes’ names and asked that they be taken care of. I felt like such a monster and put the remaining 3 in an aquarium.

the first one i found gave me a peeper and they left a note saying “take care of (peeper’s name)” and i carried the peeper around for so long before finding the blueprint for an enclosure until i eventually accidentally ate it😭

I’ve only found one time capsule that said the exact line “Don’t give into the feeling of hopelessness. When in doubt, go deeper…”
That hit so hard…

I once left one with a cuddlefish inside and said "here's a friend it can get lonely out there sometimes" I was very proud of it

I got one that had a knife and a picture of a dead reaper leviathan saying
"Continue the legacy" so I also sent a time capsule with a knife and a picture of a dead reaper leviathan I killed and sent
"Continue the Legacy" and then I found a time capsule from a different person layer and it had a thermoblade like all the others and a picture of a dead reaper saying "Continue the Legacy" I still hope that it's going to this day

My first one was some guy appreciating the beauty of the game and then unexpectedly handing me some lubricant saying that "it gets lonely"

I remember i ate all the watermelons by accident instead of planting them back so my subnautica world didnt had watermelons until i saw 1 time capsule with watermelon seeds and that kinda saved my ass

I remember my first capsule. It was in Russian and what I got out of it was a free stasis rifle and something about a dead body.

I sent a time capsule once with the exact recipe to make brownies, I then found a time capsule with an image of brownies and it said”To whoever made this recipe, my mom is in hospital recovering from a crash and so I made these brownies for her, she gives her thanks” I felt so good.

My first Time Capsule was a picture of a guy being grabbed by a crab snake and said “ My friend DO NOT ENTER THE CAVE WITHOUT A DAMN SEAMOTH!”
