You probably won't see the special prosecutor around anymore in town or anywhere else in New Mexico.

Alex says he never pulled the trigger. So alex is saying in this case the gun itself aimed and fired its self hitting two people and killing one. Never has a gun been able to do this before. Alex was holding the gun of course.
