Hall did a very smart thing by getting ahead of the story. Where did he get the gun? Why didn't he check the gun? Why was the gun loaded? Why did he yell "cold gun" as he handed it to Baldwin? There are just so many questions. He seems to have the greatest negligence and is able to get off with a suspended sentence.

The scene didn't call for him to pull the trigger. He did. That in itself demonstrates negligence, nefarious intent, and deception. His statement that he never pulled the trigger demonstrates his willingness to lie. Case closed. Murder. Premeditated. Yet another example of elites thinking their money gives them special rights...
