Hey Dominic, I love this video, thanks for making it. Here's a question for you on which service you would recommend. If you had a scenario where your first touch point with the client is either A) they reach out to you or B) you reach out to them over phone or SMS. From there, you capture some info on the client you might want to track over several years (so a CRM type thing), and then you expect most contact with the client to be phone or SMS, rather than webpage chat. And then you really guide your client through a journey over time...what system would you recommend? Thanks!
