If you're a leek fan, you'll surely love this potato leek soup! I love all onions but leeks are one of my favorites because of their sweetness. This potato leek soup recipe is an easy one to make so I hope you love it!

Why cut off any part of them?!! Just wash the dirt out of them and use the lot! Boil them for as long as necessary, with a lid on to avoid wasting gas/electricity. Don’t waste food.
