Week 5 Day 2 // Full Body HIIT Workout + Abs Finisher

Picking up the pace today with another sweaty full body HIIT workout plus abs! Increasing that work period slightly this week giving you an extra 5 seconds to give it your all!

Breakdown: Full body HIIT circuits x2 rounds 45s work + 15s rest
Abs Finisher x2 rounds 30s work + 10s rest

Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual! Ball size should be chosen based off of your height. I highly recommend using the ball as it provides additional core and stability work but you can always use a bench, ottoman or perform many of the same exercises on the floor.

this was the first time I actually had to pause between the exercises to get some more rest...but I pushed through and I am so proud. thank you, Heather!

Oh My Goodness!! I thought after the 4 weeks I was finally kicking butt. Haha nope this just kicked my butt!! I was yelling at the TV the whole work out. Thanks for the sweat sesh!! Wow!

I continue to really enjoy these workouts. That's saying a lot as I'm in my late 50s, don't enjoy working out in general, and had gained quarantine pounds on top of a bit too much weight to start with. It has been amazing to see the changes in my body as I progress through your program. My body is more flexible, stronger, better balanced, and definitely more toned. To be sure I have to modify a lot of the moves to protect arthritic joints, but they are still is engaging and effective workout sessions. Thank you for this gift!

Thank you Heather, for starting this workout by letting us know that is okay to take a break, to hit the pause button and take a minute and then joining back in!
I keep telling myself, "you can do it, focus, it is worth it!!
Scream a little and let the air out and keep pushing.

I was challenged to my very core! I have never used the paused button so much before as today. I died so many times I lost count. But what I was was no quitter!!! Shaking as I comment but I feel amazing. Bring on the challenge Heather.

I can't even believe my eyes when I arrived at cool down. I was like what? I manage to go until the end?? NO WAY! Thank you Heather for me to my limits today! Especially with the Full Moon last night this work out really has helped me to let go of everything thats not serving me anymore!! Out with the baggage in with the NEW ME!!! We can do it heathers team we are all together on this! Lets do this!! Can't wait for tomorrow!! :D

Holy batman! I did not see this one coming and def did not get enough rest for it. It's been a while since I grunted and groaned so much during a workout. I'm drenched in sweat. Also, my abs are on fire.
One hell of session, Heather!

Week 5 Day 2 is done!!!! Died like three times along the way and had to stop the vdeo multiple times but I finished it and that's what matters! Good Luck to anyone else who is doing it :)

I so agree with many of the comments here. It was really challenging! Had to take 2 pauses in between to be able to get through lol. Was sweating so much! Everytime doing a workout by Heather makes me thankful for her. ❤️

How you are able to do these workouts without getting red in the face and dripping sweat is truly astounding! After one of these sessions I look at my floor and wonder if I spilled water... nope it’s just my sweat... 🥵
