Watching this video has got me reminiscing about when I used to live in Amarillo, TX, and we actually stopped by and checked out the Cadillac Ranch before we moved out of Texas and into South Dakota in the fall of 2020.

Every time I hear about a steak challenge I immediately think about John Candy in The Great Outdoors. Great video once again!

Thank you for saying the name of our amazing small town correctly. It goes a long way. And the flipflop is probably the coolest thing to be built in town ever. Thanks for the kind words.

@justinscarred My son and I have been watching your Route 66 tour so far. He's 4 years old, and after every episode, he has said, "Dad, I want to go there." He's really interested in older, run-down historical-type stuff. I think we are going to attempt a trip soon since he shows interest in it. Thanks for always inspiring. You've done your duty! 🫡

I drove my mom on 66 in 68, not knowing that it was the last year. for the famous highway. We drove down from Chico CA to my sister's place in Arkansas. We had a good time, but it was hot. Lots of gift shops and little cafes. We met some nice people.
