The average amount of time a prospect spends reading your email is around 11 seconds. So how do you make sure your messages are getting a response??

We're going to be discussing how to write a compelling sales message, how to format it correctly, and how to make it look great on both LinkedIn and your sales website. After watching this video, you'll be able to write effective, attractive sales emails that will help you close more deals and grow your business!

Key insights

📱 Your phone is where you are eight times more likely to make a first impression when emailing someone, so it's important to ensure your email looks good on mobile and reads smoothly.

🚩 Using cliches and generic phrases in cold outreach emails, such as "Just wanted to follow-up" or "Here's my calendar link to book at your convenience," are red flags for prospects and should be avoided.

💡 When writing a cold email, it's important to focus on the recipient's challenges and offer solutions rather than just promoting your own product or service.

📝 When testing and improving sales emails, it's important to focus on both the subject line and the description of the observation but test and iterate on them independently.

🎥 Recording a video and sending it to prospects can be a highly effective sales tool, providing visual examples and concreteness that is lacking in written communication.

💪 Outbound sales outreach should be more like a sprint, with a short series of focused and pointed outreaches within a 30-day or 15-day window.

📚 Sharing someone else's work, like a blog post from a VP of Sales, can add credibility and provide valuable insights to sales emails.

💡 The key to successful prospecting is making it about the prospect's problem, not about yourself.

This is a goldmine of information brother.
Your video is seriously underrated.
I'm a 17 y/o, I have started a cold emailing agency.

I'm just unable to understand why this cold email is not working.
Could you please help me out by reviewing it?
It'll barely take a minute.
Lots of love from India.

I never open emails from strangers if it includes any kind of link or link to their calendar. If you are working for a medium or large corporation, you know that Outlook warns it is an external email and warning not to click on any link.
