Shredded Beef Tacos 🥵

Tomorrow Is taco Tuesday

1 onion
2 Poblanos
1 jalapeño
8 cloves garlic
1 sprig thyme, rosemary
Salt to taste

2 lbs Beef chuck
1 bay leaf
6 pods cardamom
2 tsp peppercorns
Cover with broth or stock

1 cup sour cream
1-2 avocados
1 Tbsp jalapeño pickle juice
1 lime / zest
Whisk until smooth

Blend the veggies that slow cooked with the beef

Toast your tortillas, add cheese or choice, and finish with lime onion cilantro and sour cream.

The flavors were amazing.
