Advocate Mathews raised a good point that court should cancel NEET exam and there is no alternative apart from retest. And Mathews also that it should be under the government to cancel the exam and not court. The court is obligated to follow evidence that is available to them in that time being but govt can act in if they have the evidence that paper is leaked they could have taken a proactive approach and cancelled the exam because we don't want cheaters to be in this exam but govt relied on court to fix the mess that they have done
