Let him be distant, if that is what he wants. I do nothing. I don't initiate contact and I will only reply when I am done with all my chores and everything else I have to do and after I have tLk to friends and family. Basically he is right down there as last on the list. Match his effort....almost. If he gives you 10 you give him 9 and so on.
Personally I don't find it attractive, when a man thinks he can treat me however he see fit. I set the standard for how I want to treated, not him or anybody else.
