I was thinking today that it would be really funny to see the Bee post only actual headlines for April Fools day and see who catches on 😜

Does this qualify as satire?

“It’s time for some common sense car laws. How many people have to die from a drunk driver crashing into them before we acknowledge the problem? I’ve never driven a car and I don’t even want to try yours or look at it, but why does anybody need a gigantic V8? Think about this, the bigger the vehicle, the more damage it can do. Why do people need their huge Yukons and Expeditions and worst of all, pick up trucks? We need some basic laws that prevent people from using cars in a reckless manner. This conversation has nothing to do with alcohol, drugs, cell phones, fatigue, or selfishness - this is about cars! If you care about innocent children, you should vote for common sense car laws.”

There is so much truth in this and sadly the Dems have given us so much to make fun of.

We need WAY more satire. I believe that most of what is going on today can be stopped in its tracks if we all lampooned these idiotic behaviors and lifestyles.
