the only breakthru i see with plastic junk is that no one will have them inherited unless it was fairly new, polymer and plastic gets brittle after like 15-20 years and this is sped up with exposure to uv light, some of them can also melt from rapid firing
if you want something to last make it out of metal so your future generations can have it too
