We also have an unknown project. I'm going to take a second look under the scope because the bacteria stained pink which indicates gram negative however a KOH test on that same bacteria showed not stringy which tells me its gram positive. I recently isolated an unknown on agar but I'm unable to tell Gram reaction. I laugh at ppl that say microbiology is difficult. It is a cakewalk compared to physiology
