He did NOT criticize the Florida law! His message is the one the Church has had for years: to be gay is not a sin, to engage in homosexual acts is a sin. He is emphasizing that God HATES the sin, but LOVES the sinner.

in the west, the debate is homosexuality, in the middle east it is hijab. the core issue is the same; should the option of "sin" be on the table, so the faithful can reject it, or should the state take it off the table and force people to be faithful? personally, i believe that the only way to see who is truelly faithful or not is to seee what they takke from what is available on the table, not what the servers decided is allowed to be an option.
