Well i use it, once i was out of protein and go to buy some. My grandma saw my preworkout and the bake powder, mixed them and when i was home i had a protein cake

I see many people taking baking soda to reduce acid reflux, but there r dangers of baking soda as regular consumption can make our stomach more alkaline thus reducing proper protein and mineral absorption. Ph level of our stomach is between 1-3 which is acidic and should be maintained like that. its better to take ACV.

Sometimes I eat a teaspoon of baking soda for heartburn anyway, chased with a glass of water. At least for me it works better and faster than any other antacid, including the chalky tablets and milky medicine.

i think it is great for low carb, keto and fasting to prevent the blood from getting too acidic. buffering lactic acid together with taurine works very well to increase the fat burning in the mitochondria

Is It true that taking baking soda with your creatine monohydrate can better the absorption rate?

I would use it but only once or twice a week Max. I normally use it on leg day or back day because you will be less sore the next day and you can get out a couple of extra reps per set. But it's not good to use everyday because then you will produce less stomach acid there by not breaking down your food properly and getting the nutrients from food and then having long-term side effects.

Hey, I often watch but never wrote.
Thank you for making a non-exciting video.
Science is boring. I honestly appreciate your decision to move forward with content that is honest and that's not eye-catching to the standard gym bull.
It brought light into a personal issue I'm having adjusting to a new weight loss diet.
Thank you.

What about water retention? Bicarb is osmotically active. And what about hypertensive people?

Can you please make a review into 90 day workout programs like Body Beast, P90X3, Insanity, etc

actually i have knowledge that sodium ingest gives better water retention, that probably gives the better endurance perfomance preventing dehydration (probably same results if it's chloride or bicarbonate), there's papers about that you might check them out, it would complement nicely this video
