Combining both acid vinigar and baking soda, you neutralize it before use. The purpose is to neutralize lactic acid and not acv.

I failed grade 11 chemistry but when you mix an acid and a base, you get a gas (carbon dioxide) + water + sodium acetate. In my head, you just need the sodium bicarbonate to shuttle the H2 ion out of the muscles. But hey, what do I know, my teacher failed me and I never learned chemistry again😂

I've been doing this ever since using baking soda to neutralize my coffee's acidity before a workout and discovering how much better my workout went. I SWEAR by sodium or sodium bicarbonate before workouts more than any other pre/intra-workout. Muscles have been thriving lately

Just wondering if you ever heard it's better to take it by itself. The vinegar doesn't allow the full effect what you do think

I just use plain baking soda half a t spoon under my tongue let it sit for a minute then wash it down with water. Then hit the weights it actually works

I was very surprised at how great I felt after drinking this. I mix this up maybe half the time before a workout and I always have a killer lift session when I do.

I used baking soda for years and apple cider vinegar. It does work short term but after learning from Anthony William, the Medical Medium, I wouldn’t recommend it for long term digestive health effects.

Acv is very harsh, if you add 1/2 glass hot water and 3/4 table spoon honey and stir, it becomes very palatable and no 😩shock from the ACV.
However yes I’m aware honey will temp jump insulin level if that’s a concern for any intermittent fasting/cal burn etc,
Anyway, Just saying;
no haters need reply, oh that’s bad idea 💩. lol.

That is not a good way to do this. Apple Cider vinegar is bad for your teeth and stomach. You need to add water to it.

You need just baking soda, and about 2 tablespoons or more depending on body weight for it to be effective

That should of been watered down having apple cider on its own does more damage to your insides add water 😢
