My nephew donates his hair twice a year. Even though he faces ridicule in school for having long hair he chooses to grow it out specifically so that he can donate it. I've always been proud of him for this.

I have a friend who has alopecia. When we were younger she use to cry in my arms everyday, asking me "why? why me? Why do all the girls in our grade have hair and I don't?" she said crying in my arms. I feel so much empathy for her, I feel so much pain she have been through all because she didn't have any hair. She use to tell me she have been call hideous and an alien. So she started wearing wigs to make her feel beautiful, and to this day she still is. Beauty is painful which leads to everything. I think every woman and man is beautiful in their own way no matter if they have no hair, skin condition, physical deformities, or other problems. Everyone is beautiful. Bridget is so so so gorgeous, with weather hair or not. She is still beautiful to me. And strong.

I'm 19 and I have androgenic alopecia, I wear wigs, actual got my first wig a few months ago, because wigs can be very expensive. Thank you to the people that donate! Love the video!

I donated my hair about 2 weeks ago, and I HAD long, thick hair that went down past my butt and I donated 14 inches to cancer patients and I unfortunately don't know who it got given to, but I am happy to have improved some little kids life.

My mother passed away from cancer last year, and I just recently donated my hair to Wigs for Kids as well. I cut off most of my hair, leaving just enough hair for a pixie cut. I just got a confirmation last week saying that Wigs for Kids had received my ponytail. I hope that my hair and everyone else's hair that was donated makes someone very happy :)

I donated my hair to this place and I was DETERMINED to donate it because I feel like everyone need to feel like their beautiful, and wigs can really be apart of your life and style. This little girl is adorable with a wig or without. We need more people like Hannah! ❤️❤️

I donated most of my hair once so I know how you feel but people would tease me at school and call me a boy but I definitely do not regret my decision and I hope the person I donated my hair to is feeling better ( no offence boys 😁)

I had long, silky, soft hair that went down to my hips. I chopped it off in late May and donated over 14 inches to Wigs for Kids. My hair has already grown a few inches back, and I'm very happy that I decided to donate. It's so worth it, and hair will always grow back! I would most definitely recommend donating your hair. :)
