Does anyone know if this is still available somewhere? I got the AIO during the Black Friday sale on Newegg and now I can't find the upgrade kit anywhere.

Are you kidding me that in January 2023, after not just 12th gen but even after 13th gen, the LGA 1700 parts are still not included with the AIOs?? Unbelievable. I bought an Arctic AIO 11 months ago (which sadly doesn't fit into my new ITX case) and it was already in the package back then, ready to be installed. AND the EK website says that the LGA 1700 upgrade kit won't be available until January 31. How am I not supposed to think that this company is a joke.

I contacted EK about the upgrade kit and they told me to get it from a reseller. Only links they provided wanted $60+ with shipping.
Trying to figure out where I can get plastic washers or if they are absolutely necessary.

Do I need to tight the thumbscrews down with a screwdriver till the end, or just hand tight?

My lga 1700 kit was just a backplate. Then he said don’t use the screws in the box for the AIO - oh god I’m going to have to contact them. Why did I only get a backplate?

At the very end I caught that I should use only the thumbscrews + springs from the 1700 kit. Unfortunately, I have two bags of thumbscrews + springs that are not labelled, and I'm not sure which bag is from the original kit, and which is from the 1700 kit. Is there anyway to tell? Spring coil spacing seems to be slightly different between the two bags. Please advise.

It says to use existing intel mounting brackets but which ones the one that was from the LGA 115x

hey... i have EK AIO Basin 360, it says compatible with only these sockets 115x, 20xx, 1200, AM4
my question is upgrade kit comes with Velocity Backplate, what about pump bracket ? dont i need one ?
as i know 1700 socket is 78mm x 78mm, is there any space for that with the bracket one i have already ?
i know i can check it with loosening the screws, but i dont have any thermal paste anymore :( please enlighten me.. thank you

On 13600k it works very well with the pre-applyed thermal paste. Even if it is square applyed on the monting presure it will spread a little more. I got max 75 C in full load on ek basics 240 in Dan H2O case 👍. Cheers!

The AIO has pre-applied thermal paste out of the box, should I remove it (as the CPU is no longer square with LGA 1700) and manually apply new thermal paste?

I really don’t know if I should order this aio or the new cr360 vision for the i9 12900k. I want to keep this cpu in check, and this my first pc build. And all the aio’s I have read about can not keep this cpu in check, unload.
