Proof of this is in the fact that this kit is fully compatible with Asus (aRGB) 'Aura' (and Gigabytes equivalent). EK advertises this on their product pages.
(So you only need to mind not putting this on legacy RGB headers)

this is so painful. you tighten two screws on the springs at once NOT FULLY TILL ALL 4 SCREWS ARE THREADED ON TO KEEP EVEN PRESSURE. Especially on ryzen with the squared IHS itll get stuck on
