Dude, seriously, no mention in your video of having to *upgrade in order to download* . Just wasted an hour playing with this to get familiar with it only to get hit with a "must upgrade" at the end.

Veed says the free version allows for 5 min of captions... Mine is 4mins 44 seconds. and Veed says I need to upgrade. Why?

Subtitles always has issues. It doesn't transcribe sometimes or only does certain parts.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service. Despite unsubscribing and contacting support to confirm it, I received a monthly charge today. The response from support was slow and unhelpful, stating staff were on vacation and that I was on a free plan. This unauthorized charge is unacceptable, and I expect a refund immediately. I will continue to share my negative experience until the issue is resolved properly
