It's a Bobananza! We put Star Wars The Black Series Boba Fett versus Mafex Boba Fett.

With the Mafex Fett being recently released we thought it obvious to put it against the current champion from Hasbro's Star Wars The Black Series line.

Was waiting for this. The Black series lasted a noble 3 rounds and vanquished the Revoltech and Bandai versions, but there is a new King of the Hill. Over to you: SH Figuarts. Great comparison, as always. :)

The green paint on the Maflex is more screen accurate, but the lighter colored cloth suit on the Black Series is more screen accurate. The grey cloth on the Maflex seems to mimic the original Kenner action figure

I bought the Black Series Boba Fett when it came out and when the price skyrocketed on eBay I sold it to buy the Mafex one and never once regretted it.

Oh man..the colouring on the Hasbro one is what kills it. And why is it they make all the Fett cloth capes so freakin' huge?

I really like the Mafex' sculpt and colours (however as a model builder I'm more likely to go Bandai), though I can't unsee the loaded diaper look he's got going on.

I like more the Black Series. The only thing more ‘realistic’ on the Mafex is the darker paint. The knees on the Mafex look very cheap compare to the black series. Not having a removable jet pack for me is a big down fall for the Mafex figure. At the end is all about taste. Good review sharing your opinion.

I remember going into a target when I was 15 and standing on one end of the isle with a 10 year old on the other staring at each other. With a swift movement we ran at the black series pegs but I put everything into my lunge and was able to swipe the only boba fett on the shelf. It was a triumphant day for me. I remember the kid yelled he would give me $50 for it. Why would I need $50 when I got boba fett right here for $30.

Nice. I think I may pick up the MAFEX, even though I have the Black Series. The new MAFEX Rogue One Vader looks pretty sharp too.

Love them all, though mafex is clearly superior to any other 6 inch Fett. Are ye gonna make a mafex ESB Fett vs ROTJ Fett video?

I am partial to the Black Series Boba Fett was the first black series figure that I bought. I think Boba Fett is the most unique figure out of the whole Black Series my opinion he's just everything in an action figure he's a bounty hunter jetpack everything about him his outfit and like I said he was the first one that started my collection he will always being the Bounty Hunter that caught Han Solo yes I will always be partial to the Hasbro Black Series all the way. awesome review as always I noticed on eBay did they do a Wii release Boba Fett because he's on eBay for like 20 bucks and a brand new box and he's not a knock off can you please get that to me on that as soon as possible thank you Dan . and a awesome review as always
