SEMI-NAKED WEDDING CAKE || Cake Basics || Rustic Wedding Cake

Here's a simple and quick video to show you how to make that trendy semi-naked wedding cake. I've created this mini version with a 4 inch cake stack on a 6 inch cake.

Vanilla Cake
6 oz Butter
3 Eggs
2 1/2 Cup Flour
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 Cup Milk

Makes 3 Ibs of batter
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, I used three 6-inch pans and three 4-inch pans

Buttercream
6 oz Butter
6 - 8 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk or Heavy Whipping Cream
2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract

Assemble and crumb coat a cake:
