I was definitely one who requested this Peter. This one is fascinating to me. I've never witnessed a defendant narrate their own testimony before. I believe it was done this way bcuz his attys knew he would perjur himself. They know he's guilty. All the evidence points to Telles. His story of being framed holds to weight at all. The recross was brutal. This guy is toast. My question is, why would he want to testify knowing all the evidence they have against him? It seems very foolish to me and imo he sank his own ship. Thanks for doing the recap. Much appreciated as always.

I just can't wrap my head around someone actually thinking this defense is going to work. You must have to be a complete psychopath. He doesn't even see that it is completely ridiculous. So glad this guy is going to spend the rest of his life in prison!
