Sounds like it works! Just don't use it too often, and make sure you're drinking lots of water and using chapstick in between/at night! That stuff can dry and crack your lips if you're not careful. Otherwise perfectly safe as far as anyone is aware 👌

I think there is no difference. its more on pyschology that u feel ur lips become plumper by giving the feeling of burning sensation. don't get me wrong but it's just my observation and opinion :)
