After watching this a few times I think her lips are the same size they just have very little color to them at first then she has the "plump " side pink. Then she adds more color. But if you look you can see her lips are just as plump before she adds the gloss

I just got mine but different version with 2 heads lip gloss and lip care I apply the lip care then the lip plumper that shit kinda hurt it's stinging my lips just like after u eat spicy foods but my lips feels more softer and kidna big eventho I have natural big lips lmao I want it to be extra soft😍
