I love Mexican food, but I’d have to say that it’s getting quite expensive to dine out nowadays. One of my all time favorite is the Chicken Fajitas. In this video, I share with you my quick and easy recipe. This is not a super authentic recipe, but the juicy chicken is seasoned, seared and cooked to perfection, then tossed with sauteed bell peppers and onions. Add a squeeze of fresh lime for a punch of flavor and the chicken fajitas are served with warm tortillas and toppings. Pair this week your favorite beer and thank me later!

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Oregano
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lime
Oil
Red & Green Bell Peppers
1 whole onion
