High Protein Chicken Fajitas! ONLY 408 calories per wrap with 47g of protein / 37g carbs / 8g fat

One of the easiest meals you can make, packed with flavor and perfect for weight loss! Fajitas are easily one of my favorite things to make and you have to try it with that sauce🤌🏽

Chicken marinade:

• 250g chicken breast (cut into thin strips) from @saffron_alley
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/2 or 1 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp salt & pepper
• 1/2 lime juice
Mix well!

Green sauce:
(Note: you will only be using a portion per wrap)

• 100g low fat Greek yogurt
• Handful coriander
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tap salt
• 1/2 lime juice
Blend till smooth

Cooking:

• 1-2 tsp olive oil or cooking spray
- cook the chicken for 4 mins each aide then set aside
• 1/2 red and white onion
• 1/2 red, green and yellow bell peppers
• 1/4 tsp of each spice used earlier
• 1 low calorie tortilla wrap

This recipe makes 2 fajita wraps

Macros per wrap

408 Calories - 47g protein / 37g carbs / 8g fat

Needs more fat (either extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, clarified butter) and a whole-wheat fajita, and you will have a real healthy meal. Remember, low-fat food is not good for you. If you want to avoid getting fat or sick, then get rid of seed oil for cooking, refined carbs, and sugar.
