I had a new Jaguar I pace and covered 4, 000 miles in it. The only problem I had was a small triangular piece of plastic dropped off the rear spoiler and at the time it would have needed a new spoiler. JCT 600 in Doncaster would not replace it and claimed it had been damaged. I contacted Jaguar on four occasions but they just go along with what the dealer. The car was good to drive but I would never buy another Jaguar.

Things have to change at JLR, they can't continue with their dismal reliability record [and fast]. Especially, EV (they won't find a future). Thanks, Jim

Being a Vehicle Movement Agent I've had my fair share if Jaguar iPace's. Of the 10 I have repatriated from the Jaguar factory in Castle Bromwich this year 6 had no heating, 2 had total software failures, 1 wouldn't charge and 1 a total wiring loom failure. They were off the road for between 3 week and 6 werks and 4 months; that was the wiring loom one. The repair shop at Castle Bromwich is always full of Jaguars and Land Rovers everytime I go. Most owners are phyosofical about the vehicles but the majority are on leases, (At £70k+ not many can buy out right), and they're still paying for a vehicle they can't use that winds them up.

I have covered 8, 210 miles in just over 18 months in my Jaguar I-Pace with total reliability.

Good video Jim. just parted with my hard earned cash and bought a 1 year old BMW. 2.0d
Can't get anything like the spec and can't be hassled driving 400 miles faffing about trying to find charging points.

Sorry, but even if you don’t have to pay for losing your car for a few days, with all the attendant hassle, the stress is awful. This is no small thing for people who need their cars. Just saying.
