The Gospel

Romans 3:23, states “For ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”

Indeed, we all have sinned, and it only takes one sin (whether thought or deed) to land us in Hell for all eternity. If you have ever told a lie, stolen something, or thought of doing such things, you have sinned.

Romans 6:23 says your sin has earned you wages, and the wages of sin is death, physically and spiritually.

If you have ever lied, and in all probability you have, then that makes you a liar. Revelation 21:8 says, “ALL liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”

However, God is offering you a gift, which is also found in Romans 6:23, it says, “ but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Ephesians 1:13 says we must hear and believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be saved. That gospel is found in. I Corinthians 15:1-4, and it is this:
1. Believe that Jesus died for your sins.
2. That He was buried, and
3. That He rose again the third day.

If you will believe this with all your heart and then cry out to God, confessing you are a sinner, and then ask Him to save you, He will do so, and you will never experience the second death.
