You Wont Believe What FSD just DID - Ran Red Light!

I thought the "red light running" problem was gone after FSD 12.6.3 was released, but I was wrong. Today, FSD 12.6.3 ran a red light, and I have a few thoughts. Do you think FSD is a little impatient? Let's talk about it

Subscribed! "6" Very good video. Thanks to your heads-up video, I was prepared! I just did my first drive on 2024.45.32.15 / 12.6.3 and my 2020 SR+ M3 tried to run a red light, just as it had done on 12.6.1 previously. It also tried to "block the box" on a left turn, worse then I remember in other versions.
Keep up the good work. I wouldn't mind seeing the turn signals too.

If the neural network is trained on how real people drive, it will drive like real people drive. Real people say things like, "f* it, I'm going", get impatient, etc.

Same thing happened to me. I intervened before it ran the red light. I’ve re-calibrated the cameras and it hasn’t happened since. So far

I suggest you do a hard reset on the Tesla system. You could have junk camera data in the database or some kind of FSD programming dirt. Then test this light several times and note how it behaves. Supposedly, software system version 2024.45.32.15 fixes some FSD 12.6.3 issues with some cars. (Just a hearsay source, a comment on another testing thread.)

I have a 23MYP using 12.6.3 as well. Mine did this twice last week at two different intersections. Scared me and my wife. Had to take over obviously.
