ssrtgi stands for SCREEN SPACE real time global illumination. this is NOT the same as RTGI from RTX. This is a method that works the same as ENB and Reshade.

Looks like the same picture with slightly different contrast/brightness settings.

It's basicaly ambient occlusion rt ? But the impact is absurd for minimal improvement..

Cool, I too can do ray tracing without actually doing ray tracing, just increase the contrast and boom!

Half the performance and almost no difference... Nice

ENB + Reshade just do better with a lot less performance cost

raytracing what? RT global illumination? Reflections? Shadows? Ambient occlusion? It looks like its either the RTGI reshade plugin or lower brightness/increased contrast + some reshade SSAO

At what moment you started thinking where SSAO is a tracing technology ?

Ray tracing should brighten up the image because of GI (in some cases at least), how is that even close to ray tracing? All I see it doing is make everything darker. Honestly vanilla looks way better

Corporate needs you to find the difference between this picture and this picture. They're the same picture.

50% Performance Drop for 5-10% Better Graphics

Imagine this game and Skyrim would get an official Ray Tracing support, it would change alot !

Just use ENB with a more affordable AMD gpu. I'll too will take my advice.

RTX: You should have gone for a weather mod

Half of the fps: turns into dust

looks good bruh but 45% fps loss is really bad. I have rtx2060Super and I dont expect at least 40fps ingame with my specs. Awesome video tho

That's an expensive way to do ambient occlusion.

Half the performance, a quarter of the real RT... if it even comes to close to any RT. Looks more like reshade.

I'm sorry, but this isn't even close to Ray Tracing...
This is more like a glorified Ambient Occupation

Screen-Space Ray-Marching Ambient Occlusion to be more precise.

i mean, i have a 4080, so performance shouldnt be the problem, but halving your frames for something that almost always just looks color correct and darker? eighter its not good ray tracing or bethesda had really good "prerendered" lighting in the first place.
