Tbf when I worked at Staples we had to ask what was in the package but it was literally just to have something in the box, customer's would eben try to open the box to show me what was in there and I just said "i believe you because even if it isnt what you said it doesn't matter to me"

Quick question. When you peel the orange do you recommend to include the white inner part of the peel? Or will it be better to avoid it?

I never heard of being able to keep seltzer bubble by pouring down a metal knife. Would that work for any other effervescence like soda or prosecco? Thank you chef!

I highly recommend using a collins glass instead of a wine glass for this drink. They are skinny and tall which results in alot of vertical surface area which helps carbonation to last longer. It's also definitely worth using the best ice you can get your hands on, and this drink is generally served with a lime wedge, not an orange peel. To be clear, an orange peel is going to taste just fine; but as a bartender if I served this drink with an orange peel that wasn't specifically requested, I would definitely get angry cudtomers.
