I bought this device and I am already returning it. It is the second one that I have had. This device is constantly disconnecting from the mobile network. It never stays connected for more than 5 minutes. Then it goes 10 minutes without any kind of connection at all. I have already tried contacting T-Mobile support to get this fixed. However, they have already given up on this device. They do not want to do anything to fix it. Others have reported the same issue. The device has a serious flaw in the software that keeps it from staying connected to the T-Mobile network. I have given up on this device and I am sending it back. I do not recommend this device at all. Do not waste your money on it.

It's crazy how the arcadyan KVD21 for the home internet service doesn't have anything really on it's admin website yet this device does. It's a major complaint i have and makes me wish i got the nokia instead because it's got an actual admin portal that doesn't force me to download an app which only lets me change a couple things.
