Why wont my hotspot turn on? I’ve charged it for an hour, and the signals light up when plugged in, but when I unplug it to turn it on; and press the power button nothing happens

Which plan did you get ? 50gb or 100gb? I’m kind of confused on how they are marketing it. 10gb plans says 10 GB of 4G/5G LTE data included. But there 50gb and 100Gb does not state 4G/5G it just says unlimited high speed data ?? @MrNoble
