Introduction to OpenID Connect Self Issued IdP

The lecture that was given at the European Identity and Cloud Conference 2018 (#EIC18) for OpenID Connect Self Issued IdP, which is very close to the concept of "Self Sovereign Identity" except that it is "OpenID Connect" and it does not require Blockchain.
