What's new in Windows 11 Insider build 22572

On March 9, 2022, Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel received Windows 11 build 22572, the 4th released build of Nickel (the 22H1 development semester) from the NI_RELEASE development branch.

This build includes some minor updates such as icon updates and the ability to install or uninstall WMIC as an optional feature. However, hidden behind velocity is a major feature - tabs in File Explorer, last seen in Windows 10 build 17692 all the way back in 2018! Currently, it is very early and therefore lots of functionality is missing.
