This is all very informative and correct. Just one small caveat so that there's no misunderstanding, fat does NOT trigger insulin, it's the carb as he mentioned and also protein elicits a moderate insulin response but moderate protein consumption is advised. Summarizing, what you really need to do is stick to some variation of a LCHF(low carb high fat) diet or even a keto diet if you wish, but before you start that please do research it and inform yourself on which fats are healthy and which are poison(a small hint - the processed ones are the latter)

I agree with you other than Red meat. There’s no significant studies to prove Red meat cause polyps. Having said that. The quality of meat needs to be grass fed. Not cheap hormone filled meat. It’s not the meat that’s the issue. It’s the quality of the meat

Very interesting that you should mention stress. Here's the link - stress triggers cortisol and cortisol spikes insulin.
I would also add Intermittent Fasting as part of the plan. As we cut out the carbohydrates, we'll be less hungry anyway, so fasting is very easy.
I'm only consuming two meals a day and sometimes only one.

Such a great information, I have had nasal polyp's removed twice by surgery will be cutting out bananas out of my diet do not eat any other the other foods suggested.

This is really informative, I had an appointment with an ENT doctor, he did not explain anything. I was given steroids nasal drop to try and reduce the polyp.

I want to warn people of the dangers of letting polyps linger. My mother has nasal polyps so bad, suffered a lot with mucus, and had so many that were growing that she almost had it up into her brain! IF she didn't get the surgery to remove those things, she would have been dead in a year. So while I do understand trying to do things through diet, I really don't want to encourage extreme cases to just go untouched.

This is the key to all disease...starts with the mucous from an imbalance...get the body alkaline and be mucous free and inflammation free and lose the environment that breeds the sickness. Even " incurable" diseases can be defeated in the body once the body is in full balance.
