Inside A Chef's Modern Farmhouse Home With A Surprisingly Spacious Kitchen

This week, we visit an HDB home in Tampines North. It’s a 5-room Improved home with quite an intriguing layout of 116 sqm. The main bedroom has a balcony that’s narrow but it is actually very usable (which is very rare to find for an HDB). For those who like to cook, the kitchen is really spacious as well. And the coolest bit? They’ve a special place dedicated to their pet rabbit!

when the door to the master was opened and i see an enclosure and then it was explained that it was a pet rabbit that the enclosure is for i squealed in delight a little lol

#hdb #singaporehousingboard there’s is Hdb regulation what can and can’t for Reno, the balcony sliding door do not conform to standard Hdb architecture facade at all, we as neighbours applied for different design of balcony doors but rejected by Hdb due to not conforming to whole building facades design, we are keen to know why this owner is allowed?

The retro window grille, feature concrete blocks and rattan furniture make the place interesting. Should try to make it all-rattan furniture instead of adding some contemporary furniture.
