This is a stunning home, with beautiful finishes throughout, and Erik’s presentation was superb as always.
I think the $32M asking price is extremely ambitious, it will be interesting to see what it eventually sells for.

Update: It sold for $23, 225, 000 on 08/23/2021 after fifteen months on the market.

It's kinda funny how he or in general all of the real estate agents on youtube always emphasize, that these million dollar homes have MIELE appliances. In Germany you find those ovens in every second or third house. LOL
