Pearline B-Fraser is a elementary school teacher who is passionate about educating the younger generation about their past, present and future. As a society, we have a collective responsibility to promote the healthy and positive development of all children. She believes learning happens when students recognize their potential and they are intrinsically motivated to behave a certain way to further their knowledge and skill. She loves the rewarding challenge of discovering each student’s strengths and passion to later teach with a purposeful plan.
"Each child has the potential to excel and succeed but not all children have the opportunity, tools or support system needed to open their eyes to the possibility".

Your Philosophy is amazing. Inclusivity in a variety of areas is something people miss, especially if the only focus on one or two ideas of them. As a future ECE, learning about this history and seeing a young black teacher really inspires me to find ways to incorporate these subjects into my classroom I will be working with!
