It's terrifying to think that Tyrannosaurus could just sneak up on you like that. Imagine you're just strolling through the woods and suddenly see *THAT* charging at you meters away from your current location.

I love the attention to detail in this scene! The smaller (and probably faster) brother was the one who chased down the prey, while the larger and stronger brother was the one who waited to deliver the finishing blow.

For anyone wondering, the soundtrack in this scene is called “Tyrannosaurus Brothers”. That’s how we know their relationship. I don’t think any particular individuals appear in this show more than once.

Got to be the scariest version of T.Rex so far. In the day they are terrifying enough, but at night is an all new ball game!!!!

I absolutely adore the idea of young tyrannosaur brothers forming coalitions with each other like lions and cheetahs, what a concept 😅

Turns out a scientifically accurate T Rex is even scarier

T-Rex Brothers are a lot like Lion Brothers, they live together, grow up and hunt together, and even take care of a family together.

I do like how even though they took it down quickly, you could still see them trying to be careful regarding the edmontosaurus’ kicks. These were massive animals, after all. Broken bones aren’t good for survival.

I like how the rexes always keep their eyes on the prey as they sneak up. Like lions sneaking up on their prey.

People can tell me "the booms of the T-Rex in JP are terrifying" all they want. This is FAR more terrifying, something this enormous just sneaking up on you and catching you unaware.

I love how you can tell the two apart, one is bigger, has thicker eyebrow ridges, and a pointy head. One is smaller, has thin ridges and a smooth head

I like how you can tell which of the rex brothers is younger or older based on their size compared next to each other. The smaller one is the younger of the two, while the larger one is the eldest.

It terrifies me that he said “near *SILENCE* ”

The T. Rex Buck from The Lost World: Jurassic Park must have predicted his species being even more terrifying in the dark of night.

Amazing how they got that on film!! imagine how long the crew had to wait for the right moment to shoot that sequence! following the t-rex!! amazing!!!

What I love about this is that it doesn't portray them as mindless monsters, but it doesn't downplay why they're the apex predators of their age either.

That’d be terrifying. You could be in the forest in the middle of the night & would never know there’s 9 ton 40 foot long animal stalking you.

I'm glad Prehistoric Planet made T-rex a scary animal because it was.
