I think the secret service dropped the ball here. If there was an elevated position within a mile that has a clear shot at the president that location should have been secured

Never seen secret service allow their charge to stand up back into the line of fire. Never seen secret service allow a woman smaller than their charge to be the one who stands between the charge and the gunfire. Never seen secret service keep their charge in the area they were just attacked. Its fishy at best that they treated the shooter as the only shooter. Protocol assumes there is still a threat.
Either this was staged/set upon the inside, or this is the most pathetic and disgraceful of a job the Secret Service has ever done.
