I have a close friend that works on Apple.
Those iPhones are new iPhones, but selled as refurbished because they have a lot of stock. Apple wont loose those phones just for the enterprise problems.

iPhone X is great phone. 3D Touch, OLED screen, 2 cameras but if you are type of the person that don’t use 3D Touch feature and is okay with the LCD screen then the XR is better choice. Better processor, better camera, better battery life (a lot better). The screen on XR is worse then X admit but it’s not that bad. The only reason I would buy X over XR is because XR is bigger and my tiny ass hands prefer X size

Honestly I bought my iPhone X white brand new the last one in stock Apple had in store a week ago I’m enjoying it! Loving it! I was about to get the XR until I was lucky. Thank God I waited!

I feel you are honestly better of with a Xr;
It has a more advanced chipset
It lasts longer
It has a bigger screen (this really depends on the user so don’t bother with this one)
It has a pretty good LCD (I mean you have to see the screen IN PERSON; don’t stop with the spec sheet)
The camera is pretty good...
You could get higher storage options for a similar price
Haptic touch isn’t bad (if you’re used to 3D Touch, it’s going to take quite a while to get used to)

People looked at me crazy when I showed up to work with my iPhone X in December of 2017. Now look what Tim Cook had to do. It still running smooth AF and my battery health is at 91%! This X pulled me from Samsung and I don’t regret it one bit! iOS is smooth AF! I actually just ordered my Smart Battery Charger case!
