Hi Mr Baffo you are doing a great job. All industrial bakeries use dough improvers and some people are allergic to them.
Btw Table spoon is larger in quantity than a teaspoon. The volumes make a lot of difference in the end result.
Are those foil covers already made or you cut and shaped them yourself

it's funny how Ghanaians always want to attach the name "Ghana" in anything popular in Nigeria. It's called Agege bread, and the only Agege town is in Nigeria where "agege bread" originates. That's by the way though. good job.
