He literally said in the past that there's no reason to not pull on the Noelle banner if you're F2P. That is the best deal cuz you can only get characters and it's just 8 wishes. Things have changed a lot since then i guess...

I saved up 20 standard wishes and got Noelle, Bennett, and Mona from the Noelle banner. Unless you're converting primos to standard wishes (please never do that unless you're one wish away from 90 and too impatient or you're a whale who can afford that) it's a good idea to use the Noelle banner.

I got diluc from that beginner banner and he carried me through the whole early game and Noelle was my fav because she use to heal

Noelle has everything that newbie need, a healer, shielder and a DPS in one character.
Noelle literally carry me in early game

got mona on her banner as soon as i unlocked wishing. got mona before even getting kaeya and lisa. i think wishing in noelle banner is still worth it cause u get a guaranteed noelle and she can shield and heal during early AR

this is an interesting topic actually. I think envi is assuming people are converting primogems to blue wishes, which is the wrong way to do it. you're supposed to wish on that banner after saving your blues.

at the end of the day. all you;'re really hoping to get from it is a bunch of good 4 star units. maybe a jean or mona if you're into that stuff. but it technically doesnt build pity. but it takes years to pity standard banner regardless.

its a free win for BEGGINERS, since BEGGINERS need lots of 4 stars and the event banner may not have specific essential four stars like beidou etc, you get a random 4 star for 8 pulls instead of 10!

that noelle banner gave me both bennett and xingqiu, then immediately bennett c1 on a random pull.

my only regret was not building them up right away since I was stubborn to look up guides at the start and stuck with the free mondstadt 4 stars until much later; but if I knew at the time how good these two really were, along with the free xiangling and my jean, my beginner experience would've been so much smoother - especially around ar35 when some enemies and bosses started to get too tanky and I still was holding out farming artifacts until ar45..

I did use my 8 of my 10 free wishes I got from getting to AR 10 (I think) On the Noelle banner but that's it. I got Noelle, Sucrose and Razor from that pull. The second pull still there.

I got mona, jean, bennett, noelle, and fischl back then. So who cares if it's a scam. It only cost 16 Fates. Even if you only got noelle from 16 fates, you only "lost" 16 chances pity from standard banner, that's hardly matter, imo. As you progress, you'll get other blue fates from rewards.
You shouldn't convert primos for blue fates to begin with if you're f2p or low spender players.

you also get a fuck ton of standard banner fates (what the beginner's banner uses) early on in genshin. 16 fates to get Noelle (a good early exploration character) and one more guarenteed character you probably don't own minimum is a great deal. What will you get in 16 wishes on standard banner that's better? Probably one character at best.

I pulled on that banner. Got keqing and Benny. They literally carried my team to ar45. For 8 standard wishes it is 100% worth it for new players.

Not regretting pulling on Noelle's banner when I started the game almost a year ago.
I got really lucky and pulled Bennett, Sucrose and Noelle there.

When more regions come out, that beginner banner is going to be more valuable for new players because it only features Mondstadt and Liyue characters. My husband got Itto and he can’t use him until he gets to inazuma which is a long way away. It’s great for rerolling and if you have those standard wishes sitting around anyway. The only difference between it and the standard banner is weapons and now character pools (as standard includes inazuma and soon Sumeru)

On one of my rerolls I got Mona and Jean in one ten pull, and then Keqing in the second one.


Basically you never know how (un)lucky will you be, pulling on any banner.

Haha, I got Jean, Bennet and Obvi. Noelle from that Banner. After that I realised that Jean is a Solid DPS, Healer, Support all at the same time
