Ingredients:

1¼ cup Pearled barley
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 ½ cup vegetable chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
1 bayleaf
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
32 oz vegetable stock
2 cups water
salt to taste
1 tbsp olive oil

I made this one last night as it's -2 here and I love it! I did add a can of chicken to it as well as some rehydrated dried Shiitake mushrooms and it's yummy!!!!
