What did the service to open the Frunk at frist? My Frunk is blocked completely. No moving out from the locked position.

How busy did they appear to be? Were all the service bays filled? Perhaps the concentration of Teslas in Vancouver is lower than other places such as California where you would expect there to be a greater demand for service.
