I’m not a driver anymore but am still married to one and I can tell you they do not normally “move around the truck stop” as he states and that’s because it’s way too easy to exceed the 1-2 mph that starts their clock, and starting their clock before actually heading for the interstate is the LAST thing any driver wishes to do.

Not looking at a person that is asking the question, but instead answering in the direction of people you are trying to convince feels odd

He is doing an Amber Heard where every question he looks at the jury to answer…like a tennis match

Defense trying to paint a picture but I’m just not buying it. Her body being in the woods by the trunk stop and him being the last one with her is so suspect.

Did they test that dog’s fur for blood? Is there video evidence of him actually looking for her for 20 minutes?

Can you imagine just leaving someone behind in another state? I cant imagine at least attempting to call or text that person before abandoning them so far from their own state….but I guess the “problem was gone”.

Good lord this is as prepared you are for testimony.

He says he looked for her for 20 or 30 minutes. But then says he didn't try to text her or call her because he didn't want to start a problem when the problem was gone. So that doesn't make any sense that he wouldn't text or call when he was looking for her.

His testimony is incredible, as in not 'great' but 'impossible to believe' 🤣🤣🤣

Why does he refer to his down time as “off duty”?

It's strange, as many trials as I have watched, he seems plausible but I didn't see the trial.

Over the road trucker? As opposed to what, under the road?

Everything he says about the truck and deliveries seems legit. And any trucker will tell you that if you don’t have a loaded trailer, you’re spending money, not making it. My Daddy was a truck driver and my Step Dad and ex husband still drive trucks. I’m still on the fence about Guilty or Not Guilty.
